Come and have some fun learning how to screenprint with Ingrid Anderson textile design.
In this 1 day workshop you will create a stencil using a simple design of your choice to then screenprint onto fabric. This could be a T-shirt (please bring your own) OR you will be provided with a plain piece of fabric for a cushion or a patch for a hoodie.
Make sure you bring along some photocopied images of your designs and also have digital versions.

Ingrid Anderson
Ingrid is a trained secondary school teacher specialising in textiles design and fashion. She creates screen printed fabrics with an innate connection to local design, heritage and contemporary art. Her designs are inspired by a love of New Zealand’s native flora and fauna and are recognisable with her use of simple motifs and bold flat colour.
Ingrid has a strong social and environmental conscience and chooses to support local product and services wherever possible.
All her products are designed printed and made in New Zealand.
